Unable to send email through SharePoint Portal

Dear All
Yesterday i found an issue, i already configured SMTP with office 365 with successful test message through SMTP telnet. But when i tried to send the email through workflow i did not receive any email.

After finding and moving around the system i found it AD doesn't contain the user email under user profile.

Once i update the AD and sync the service again it will work after 2 hour perfectly ...

If you don't know how to resync AD check my other blog through AD synchronization
