New subsite missing the installed templates in multilanguage or Missing site templates in sharepoint 2010

Dear All

If you face an issue to that during creating a site if you did not find the installed template or Template selection is empty like below screens then you need to follow the below steps to make it available:

Solution:

Go to Site Action > Site Settings > Look and Feel > Page layouts and site templates

Select Subsite template drop down to "Arabic"

and select the template you want to display in the list
