[solved] Search Service giving an error The search service is not able to connect to the machine that hosts the administration component. Verify that the administration component

Dear All,
I have try to fixed the issues by doing all possible ways then finally i got the solution by following steps

Open up ā€œActive Directory Users and Computerā€
Select ā€œAdvanced featuresā€ from the ā€œViewā€ menu
Right-click the relevant account(s) and select ā€œPropertiesā€
Select the ā€œSecuritiesā€ Tab
Scroll down and select ā€œAuthenticated usersā€ in the ā€œGroup or user names:ā€ field
Allow ā€œReadā€ permissions in the ā€œPermissions for Account Operatorsā€ field just below
Hit Ok
