Dear All  If you face an issue to that during creating a site if you did not find the installed template or Template selection is empty like below screens then you need to follow the below steps to make it available:  Solution:  Go to Site Action > Site Settings >   Look and Feel  > Page layouts and site templates Select Subsite template drop down to "Arabic"  and select the template you want to display in the list  Regards  Rashid Bilgrami

if you are facing this issue, run the portal with IE (Run as administrator ) It will solve your issue Regards
